As Vice President of Sales for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group in Indiana, I lead with a deep sense of purpose—helping our agents live the life they want to live. Recruiting exceptional talent and supporting the success of our REALTORS® is not just part of my role; it's my passion.

With a career spanning mortgage lending, brokerage ownership, and now multi-office executive leadership, I bring a depth of experience and a heart for coaching. I love partnering with agents to build confidence, elevate skills, and grow sustainable, fulfilling businesses. Whether it’s through structured training, one-on-one mentorship, or strategic planning, my goal is to unlock each agent’s full potential.

I've had the privilege of serving the real estate industry at every level—local, state, and national. From President of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® to Regional Vice President with the National Association of REALTORS®, I’ve advocated for our profession and shaped policy to benefit future generations of agents.
